About the position

This 18-month flagship leadership development program is designed to accelerate high-potential graduates into future business and technology leaders at True Corporation. Participants will rotate across strategic functions, lead high-impact projects, and gain executive exposure to build future-ready leadership capabilities. The program offers hands-on experiences in Thailand's leading telco-tech company, empowering individuals to become change-makers and create meaningful business impact from day one. Whether focusing on business growth or technological innovation, trainees will develop the skills, mindset, and network necessary to shape the future of the industry.

The program provides strategic job rotations across diverse business functions and ownership of key impact initiatives. Trainees will gain exposure to innovation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation while undergoing accelerated leadership development. This immersive experience allows participants to tackle business-critical challenges and develop the agility, resilience, and innovative thinking required for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impactful projects and business-critical initiatives
  • Rotate across diverse strategic business functions
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and project execution
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Complete short-term rotations in provincial areas

Requirements

  • Aged below 28 years old
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-3 years of work experience
  • Strong leadership potential and passion for creating business impact
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution capability
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Thai and English

Hiring Process

1. Submit application during the specified period
