True Corporation is hiring an Associate for its True Sphere lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The role supports daily lounge operations, delivers food and beverage service, and provides first-class customer service to True Black Card members. Duties include handling payments, promoting True products and solutions, managing sales targets with the team, and resolving after-sales issues.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a computer-related field such as computer engineering or information technology, at least one year of customer service experience, and good English communication skills. The position requires shift work, five days per week, and a service-oriented personality.
Deliver food and beverage service to True Sphere customers and provide information about True Sphere services and True Black Card privileges
Handle payments, usage inquiries, and promotion changes efficiently
Manage daily True Sphere operations including finance, inventory, environment, and systems, and prevent fraud
Promote and recommend True products and basic solutions to customers
Receive customer complaints, coordinate with related units, and resolve after-sales issues to customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field such as computer engineering or information technology
Good personality and passion for service work
Able to work shifts (5 days per week)
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Good English communication skills
