True Corporation is hiring an Associate for the True Sphere lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The role supports daily lounge operations, delivers food and beverage service, and provides customer-facing support for payments, usage inquiries, and promotional changes.
The associate also handles after-sales service, manages daily finance, inventory, and system records, recommends True products and solutions, and coordinates with other units to resolve customer complaints. The position requires shift work, five days per week.
Provide food and beverage service to True Sphere customers and share information about True Black Card benefits and activities
Manage daily lounge operations including finance, inventory, environment, and systems, and prevent fraud
Recommend True products and basic solutions, and support the team in meeting sales targets
Handle customer complaints, provide after-sales information, and coordinate with related units to resolve issues
Process payments, usage inquiries, promotional changes, and daily financial, tax, and document records accurately
Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field such as Computer Engineering or Information Technology
Good personality and service-oriented mindset
Able to work shifts (5 days per week)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Experience working with data systems and operating systems, plus good English communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage service; good personality, polite demeanor, and negotiation skills
