About the position

You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-impact solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities where AI can create significant value for customers and the organization. You will own the product roadmap, manage backlogs, and ensure that development efforts are focused on delivering measurable outcomes. Success in this role involves making data-driven decisions, managing stakeholder expectations, and continuously iterating on products based on user feedback and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI initiatives
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements through stakeholder interviews and market research
  • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement AI solutions
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
  • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, data science, or a related technical role
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI technologies
  • Proven experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with specific AI frameworks or libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Background in fintech or insurance industries
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
