About the position

True Next Gen is True Corporation's flagship leadership development program designed to accelerate high-potential graduates into future business and technology leaders. Over an 18-month period, participants will rotate across strategic functions, lead high-impact projects, and gain executive exposure to build future-ready leadership capabilities. The program offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Thailand's leading telco-tech company through hands-on experiences and real business challenges.

Candidates can choose between two specialized tracks based on their interests and strengths. The Business Talent Track focuses on business growth, strategy, and commercial excellence, while the Tech Talent Track emphasizes AI, data analytics, and digital technology innovation. Both tracks require strong analytical skills, leadership potential, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impactful projects and business-critical challenges
  • Execute strategic job rotations across diverse business functions
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and project execution
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Complete short-term rotations in provincial areas as required

Requirements

  • Aged below 28 years old
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Accountancy, Engineering, Robotics & AI, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics & Statistics, or related fields
  • 0-3 years of work experience or fresh graduate status
  • Strong leadership potential and passion for creating business impact
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in both Thai and English
  • Willingness to undertake short-term rotations in provincial areas

  • Portfolio or project experience demonstrating technical or business innovation
  • Strong collaborative leadership skills
  • Agility and resilience in adapting to change
  • Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
