Head of Project Operations

This role involves leading project operations within a major property management organization. You will oversee the strategic planning and execution of projects to ensure operational excellence. The position requires managing cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget. You will act as a key leader in driving process improvements and ensuring high standards of service delivery across the organization.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and methodologies
• Oversee resource allocation and budget management for multiple projects
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and senior management
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably in property management or real estate
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
