Shuttle Operations Specialist

This role involves supporting the daily operations of the Linehaul team, serving as the primary contact point for both internal and external stakeholders. The position requires managing daily truck usage reports, reconciling data, and ensuring trucks arrive at stations on time. You will coordinate closely with subcontractors to adjust truck schedules and manage the number of vehicles needed to handle daily parcel volume effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for planning daily truck usage and efficiently managing resources to cope with operational demands. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise.

• Serve as the key contact point for all internal and external parties regarding daily operations
• Reconcile and generate daily truck usage reports and other operational documentation
• Support Linehaul ground operations and ensure trucks arrive at stations on time
• Coordinate with subcontractor companies to address daily operational issues and arrange additional trucks when necessary
• Plan daily truck usage to support operations and efficiently manage the number of trucks required
• Dig deeper into root causes to identify and resolve operational problems

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including night shifts based on assigned schedules
• Basic knowledge of transport operations and planning is a plus
