Operations Manager, Network (SPX Express)

This role focuses on owning the speed KPI strategy for the SPX Express network. You will set targets, align stakeholders across departments, and translate these goals into clear accountabilities for functional teams. The position requires driving performance to target by leading initiatives, tracking progress, and course-correcting to ensure goals are met. You will also design and pitch improvement strategies to identify gaps and lift speed performance organization-wide. Additionally, you will turn data into decisions by analyzing performance metrics to surface business insights and steer initiatives that maximize impact. Regular reporting to senior leadership and proactive flagging of performance deviations are key aspects of this role.

• Own the speed KPI strategy by setting targets and aligning stakeholders across departments.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear roles and coaching for capability.
• Design and pitch improvement strategies to identify gaps and lift speed performance organization-wide.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing performance data to surface business insights.
• Report speed performance to senior leadership and proactively flag performance deviations.
• Manage cross-functional alignment to resolve conflicting priorities that impact speed.
• Benchmark performance against industry best practices and implement new methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic management or performance management.
• Proven experience managing KPI targets and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to Director/senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading and developing a team, including setting goals and coaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
