About the position
Drive revenue and profit growth by developing and executing sales strategies tailored to specific channel accounts. Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to establish a foundation for sustainable business growth. Manage sales targets and monitor channel performance to ensure alignment with regional business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Set and manage sales targets for specific channels to drive business unit growth and motivate the team.
- Develop and implement optimal sales strategies by analyzing channel accounts, commercial districts, and product portfolios.
- Execute sales activities in close collaboration with channel partners to achieve established targets.
- Monitor channel performance and manage risks to maintain trust and ensure continuous revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD.
- Proven experience in sales management and channel partnership development.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and identify factors influencing sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and select effective methods for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on day-to-day tasks.
Nice to have
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse partners.
- Experience in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry or related technology sectors.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt plans based on market analysis.
