Maintenance Technician Professional 1

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure within a retail facility to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Maintain and repair power systems including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage and monitor operational costs for water, electricity, and gas to align with budgetary plans
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to power system maintenance activities
• Provide timely maintenance services to various departments based on operational orders
• Ensure all tools and equipment are serviced according to service terms and conditions
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support effective maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or technical field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in power system maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in maintaining electrical systems, water supply systems, and air-conditioning systems
• Demonstrated ability to be delicate and patient in handling sensitive equipment
• Proven track record of being responsible and enthusiastic about maintenance tasks
