Maintenance Technician

This role focuses on maintaining and repairing essential building systems to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for the upkeep of power systems, including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units. The position requires managing operational costs for utilities like water and electricity while ensuring all equipment remains in optimal condition. You will also handle inventory management for tools and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed. You will be tasked with creating accurate documentation and reports regarding system performance and maintenance activities. • Maintain and repair power systems including electrical, water supply, and air-conditioning units to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage utility operating costs such as water, electricity, and gas expenses to meet budget targets
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to power system maintenance and performance
• Provide timely maintenance services to all facility functions based on operational orders
• Ensure all tools and equipment are stored, maintained, and ready for use according to service terms
• Manage equipment inventory at the store room to guarantee availability for maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with relevant teams and functions to support effective machine and equipment maintenance

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field
• Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in power system maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in maintaining electrical systems, water supply systems, and air-conditioning systems
• Demonstrated responsibility and enthusiasm for maintenance work
• Ability to work with attention to detail and patience
