Associate, Key Account Management - Grab

You will serve as a strategic consultant for retail and grocery partners, providing expert advice to support their business growth on the GrabMart platform. Your primary focus will be on executing business strategies that drive mutual value for both the partners and Grab. You will manage key partnerships by identifying priority accounts, structuring collaboration terms, and securing deals that align with overall company objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal product and marketing teams to launch successful campaigns that enhance the partner's visibility and revenue on the platform.

This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a deep understanding of the retail landscape. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with major brands, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing their impact on Grab's ecosystem. By leveraging internal data and market insights, you will design partnership models that are sustainable and scalable. Your ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts will be essential in leading complex, multi-faceted negotiations and closing high-value deals.

• Identify and prioritize key retail and grocery partners aligned with GrabMart strategy
• Develop and execute partnership models and content strategies to drive revenue growth
• Negotiate and structure collaboration terms to secure favorable deals
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to launch and execute campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major brand partners
• Analyze partner performance and optimize business strategies for mutual benefit

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, management, or marketing
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience dealing with major brands or retailers
• Proven experience in structuring collaboration terms and securing deals
• Background in the retail industry is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong independent work ethic with excellent teamwork capabilities
• Ability to build rapport with partners and match their needs with organizational resources
• Understanding of business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts for complex negotiations
