Technical Account Manager, Google Cloud Consulting - Google

The Google Cloud Platform team empowers organizations to transform their business operations through secure, scalable cloud infrastructure. As a Technical Account Manager, you will guide leading enterprises through their strategic and technical cloud transformation journeys. You will manage professional services engagements to drive adoption of core Google Cloud services, including compute engines and machine learning tools. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the globe to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, advocating for their technical needs and overcoming adoption barriers. By developing strategic relationships with executives and business leaders, you will align cloud solutions with their long-term business goals. Your expertise will help shape the future of how businesses leverage technology to connect with customers and partners. • Lead the implementation journey for customers to accelerate adoption of Google Cloud products, providing technical guidance and managing project timelines.
• Advocate for customer needs to remove adoption blockers and coordinate multiple work streams to maintain momentum.
• Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and create strategic roadmaps.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Partner with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering teams to plan customer events and ensure successful launches.
• Guide issues and escalations to resolution while working directly with customers to resolve technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, interfacing with stakeholders, or driving technical implementation programs.
• Experience working across business units and translating business requirements into technological solutions.
• Proven experience in application or workload migration to public cloud providers.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.

• Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Deep understanding of IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, or application development.
• Ability to communicate in Thai fluently to support client relationship management in the region.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and hosted services.
