Digital Technology Program Manager - Google

As a Digital Technology Program Manager, you will lead multi-disciplinary initiatives, coordinating with internal stakeholders to guide projects from conception through completion. You will leverage your technical background to manage project lifecycles, identify risks, and communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executive leadership. Your role involves driving technical directions and improving operational processes to support Google's infrastructure.

The Technical Infrastructure team builds and maintains the architecture behind Google's products, including data centers and next-generation platforms. You will work within this team to ensure our networks and systems remain robust and efficient. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage diverse projects and foster a culture of innovation. You will be responsible for establishing sustainable models for digital content and tools, ensuring they align with Google's high standards for reliability and performance.

• Establish and maintain a robust content management ecosystem for technical documentation.
• Oversee existing digital content and tools, ensuring proper utilization of platforms like Windchill and AODocs.
• Develop and integrate new solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Create a sustainable model for AI-driven tools, including long-term planning and training requirements.
• Lead system integration efforts and manage change management processes across interfacing systems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management leading multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience with data center, networking, and operations environments.
• Strong ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Excellent presentation, influencing, and strategic thinking capabilities.

• 8 years of experience with design, fabrication, or construction projects in high-technology environments.
• Proficiency in AI tools, building information modeling (BIM), and facilities management.
• Innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
