F&B Service Operation Specialist - Central Pattana

This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service across various dining venues and banquet events. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. • Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs and satisfaction
• Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to ensure they are in good quality and ready for use
• Prepare banquet locations to facilitate events and support operations effectively
• Summarize overall food and beverage service operations in reports for supervisor review
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Vocational degree or high school certificate
• Possess good personality and professional demeanor
• Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and good manners
• Have strong communication skills
• Be responsible and enthusiastic about the role

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
