This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service across various dining venues and banquet events. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their specific needs and preferences. The position requires maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of kitchen equipment and wares to support smooth daily operations. You will also assist in preparing event spaces and reporting operational insights to supervisors to improve service standards.

• Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs and satisfaction
• Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to maintain quality and readiness
• Prepare event locations to facilitate banquets and support effective operations
• Summarize overall food and beverage service operations in reports for supervisors
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

• Vocational degree or high school certificate
