About the position
This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service across various dining venues and banquet events. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their specific needs and expectations during service. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized environment by monitoring kitchen equipment and preparing service areas effectively. You will also be tasked with preparing operational reports to assist supervisors in improving service standards and achieving organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs and satisfaction
- Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to maintain quality and readiness
- Prepare locations to facilitate banquets and support effective operations
- Make reports to summarize overall food and beverage service operations for supervisor review
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Vocational degree or high school certificate
- Possess a good personality with professional demeanor
- Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and good manners
- Exhibit strong communication skills
- Be responsible and enthusiastic about the role
Nice to have
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
