Senior Retail Leasing Negotiator - CBRE

You will manage the end-to-end leasing process for retail properties, acting as the primary point of contact for both sellers and prospective buyers. Your role involves conducting comprehensive market research to accurately value properties and identifying suitable investment opportunities. You will leverage your expertise to market and promote retail spaces effectively, utilizing various channels to attract high-quality tenants and investors. The position requires you to represent sellers during negotiations, ensuring that agreements are reached that are mutually beneficial and legally sound. This is a full-time position focused on sales and brokerage within the advisory segment. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring a smooth transaction process from initial contact to final closing. • Conduct market research and property valuation for retail spaces including shops, department stores, and malls
• Coordinate property photography and compile detailed information about retail assets
• Visit property owners to understand unique features and gather necessary data
• Market and promote properties through various channels to attract potential buyers
• Represent sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers to secure favorable terms
• Advise clients on market trends and assist buyers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Facilitate the negotiation process to ensure agreements are satisfactory to all parties

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, specifically focusing on retail properties
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant, outgoing personality
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Experience with different types of retail formats (community malls, superstores)
• Proven track record of closing deals in the Thai commercial real estate market
• Advanced negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
