T&T Manager - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - TMT - Japanese Client Services - SEA - Deloitte

Deloitte is seeking a T&T Manager to lead operations, industry, and domain solutions for Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) clients in Southeast Asia. You will support Japanese high-tech, media, and telecom clients across the full project lifecycle, from strategic consulting to execution. Your role involves driving market research, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting digital transformation initiatives including digital marketing, supply chain, analytics, and ERP. As a leader, you will manage mixed teams of local and Japanese Client Services (JCS) members, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and contributing to business development.

You will be responsible for leading projects, mentoring diverse teams, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve key objectives. The position requires a strategic mindset to identify disruptive trends and recommend changes aligned with leading practices. You will play a crucial role in securing new projects through proposal activities and fostering a culture of respect and inclusion within your team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment across multiple Southeast Asian hubs, including Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Jakarta, Manila, and Singapore. You will leverage your expertise in operational improvements and organizational transformation to help clients deliver purpose-led growth and sustainable business practices.

• Lead project delivery and proposal support for Japanese high-tech, media, and telecom clients from strategy to execution
• Conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies for clients
• Drive operational improvements and organizational transformation initiatives
• Support digital transformation efforts including digital marketing, supply chain, analytics, and ERP systems
• Manage mixed teams of local and Japanese Client Services members to ensure project success
• Mentor diverse, high-performing teams and foster a culture of inclusion and respect
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align team objectives and set clear priorities
• Contribute to securing new projects through active proposal activities
• Apply knowledge of disruptive trends and competitor activity to recommend strategic changes

• Experience working in a consulting firm on topics related to TMT, digital strategy, and operations
• Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities
• Experience leading projects and managing diverse teams
• Native level Japanese and business level English OR native level English and business level Japanese
• Southeast Asia related consulting experience
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and business process improvement

• Experience in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
