F&B Service Operation Specialist - Central Pattana

This role focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage service across various dining venues and banquet events. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in restaurants and supporting large-scale catering operations. The position requires attention to detail in maintaining kitchen equipment and preparing banquet spaces to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. You will also be tasked with reporting operational insights to supervisors to help improve service standards and achieve organizational goals.

• Provide food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets to meet customer needs and satisfaction
• Monitor and prepare kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to maintain quality and readiness
• Prepare banquet locations to facilitate effective event operations
• Summarize overall food and beverage service operations in reports for supervisor review
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

• Vocational degree or high school certificate
