Graphic Designer (Contractor) - KBank

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to create visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement and strengthen the brand presence across various digital channels. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced digital product environment where creativity and user-centric thinking are essential.

You will design creative assets and visual content to support marketing campaigns, product communications, and brand initiatives. Your work will include creating high-quality graphics for social media, web banners, landing pages, presentations, and promotional materials. You will also develop UI design elements that align with product and brand guidelines while ensuring visual identity consistency across all customer touchpoints.

• Create high-quality graphics for digital channels, including social media, web banners, landing pages, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop UI design elements and visual components that align with product and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective visual solutions.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity and user experience across all customer touchpoints.
• Adapt and optimize design assets for different platforms, devices, and target audiences.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve user engagement and overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, digital experiences, and creative best practices.
• Support campaign launches and marketing initiatives through effective visual storytelling.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience designing marketing materials, digital campaigns, and social media content.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Ability to create visually engaging designs while maintaining brand consistency.
• Good communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design capabilities is required.

• Experience with additional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or After Effects.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
• Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience working in a financial services or banking environment.
