Multimedia Designer - Lineman Wongnai

You will lead the design and production of social media content, motion graphics, and video for recruitment and internal communications. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute on-site content production for events and employee stories. You will also mentor junior designers and stay updated on emerging design trends to continuously innovate our visual identity.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring high-quality assets that resonate with target audiences. • Lead the design and production of social media content, motion graphics, and video for employer branding campaigns
• Plan and execute on-site content production, including photo shoots, video shoots, and lighting setup for events and culture content
• Collaborate with the Employer Branding Team and Corporate Communications to translate campaign concepts into visual assets
• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final production
• Mentor intern designers and provide guidance on design best practices
• Stay updated on social media trends, design tools, and AI-powered design tools to continuously improve content
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Work with cross-functional teams to align designs with campaign objectives and brand strategy
• Conduct regular performance analysis of design assets to drive higher engagement

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates welcome)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Hands-on experience with photo/video shooting and basic lighting setup
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, motion graphics, video, and static design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their design requirements
• Motion graphic design and video editing experience are highly preferred
• Knowledge of user engagement strategies and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with data-driven design approaches
