Corporate Communications & Government Relations Specialist - Lineman Wongnai

The Corporate Communications & Government Relations team is responsible for managing the organization's overall image and reputation. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, media outlets, business partners, and the general public. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate LINE MAN Wongnai's products, services, and information to ensure accuracy and clarity while establishing trust in the organization. We are seeking a strategic communicator who can present organizational data to target audiences appropriately and translate complex policies into clear, understandable messages for diverse groups.

• Manage and maintain the organization's public image and reputation
• Build and nurture relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies
• Liaise with media outlets to ensure accurate and timely communication of company information
• Collaborate with business partners and external stakeholders to align on key messaging
• Translate complex organizational policies and data into clear, accessible content for the public

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations, or government relations
• Strong understanding of government structures and regulatory processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt messages for different audiences

• Experience working in the technology or logistics industry
• Knowledge of digital communication tools and social media platforms
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus
• Crisis management experience
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
