The B2B Digital Sales Intern supports Minor Hotels’ commercial systems and sales operations by coordinating with hotels on business cases and RFP submissions in Lanyon, handling Global Sales inquiries, and helping with GDS rate loading for consortia and corporate hotel programs. The intern also assists with reports, database and analytics maintenance, commercial-system administration, and B2B profile updates across Opera and other platforms.
The position requires a six-month internship and a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in any related field. Candidates should have good spoken and written English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analytics, and comfort learning new technologies and systems. Other preferred qualities include strong communication, time management, attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure in a diverse culture.
• Coordinate with hotels on business case and RFP submissions in Lanyon
• Assist with Global Sales inquiries and issue resolution
• Support GDS rate loading for consortia and corporate hotel programs
• Produce reports and maintain sales databases and analytics
• Administer commercial systems and B2B profiles, including user access and profile updates
• A 6-month internship is required
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Good spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in data analytics; comfort learning new technologies and systems
Hospitality industry experience; self-motivation, strong communication, time management, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and comfort in a diverse culture environment.
