About the position
The Assistant Director of Sales – CIS at Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas is responsible for driving room revenue, market share, and brand visibility from the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) source markets. The role builds and manages relationships with tour operators, travel agents, OTAs, MICE, and luxury travel partners across the region, while developing and executing the annual CIS sales strategy in line with the hotel's business plan and brand standards.
The position works closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to convert demand into profitable business and deliver an excellent guest experience. Candidates should have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in sales within the luxury hotel sector, with established networks across CIS markets.
Responsibilities
Drive room revenue, market share and brand visibility from CIS source markets
Build and manage relationships with tour operators, travel agents, OTAs, MICE and luxury travel partners
Develop and execute the annual CIS sales strategy in line with the hotel's business plan and brand standards
Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to convert demand into profitable business
Deliver an excellent guest experience through coordinated sales efforts
