Agoda is hiring an Integration Manager for its People Tech team in Bangkok, with relocation provided. The role sits within the Global Service Delivery (GSD) team and focuses on Workday integrations and payroll integration projects that support HR and People operations globally. The manager will lead a team of SMEs, own the payroll integration roadmap, and partner with Payroll, FinSys, People Technology, and BI Dev stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
The position requires at least 8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience, team leadership experience, and a proven track record leading payroll integration rollouts using PECI. Candidates should have strong expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and REST/SOAP API-based integrations, plus solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, and system configuration. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
Lead a team of SMEs to drive People Technology integration projects
Own and lead Agoda's payroll integration roadmap across countries and products
Strategize Agoda's Workday integration roadmap, scaling solutions and assessing platform readiness
Lead integration design strategy using Workday and tools such as Zendesk, Greenhouse, Oracle, and other Agoda tech stack components
Partner with Payroll, FinSys, People Technology, and BI Dev to align priorities, manage timelines, and drive end-to-end delivery
Minimum 8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience
Experience managing and leading a team
Proven track record leading payroll integration rollouts using PECI
Strong expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, BIRT, RaaS, and REST/SOAP API-based integrations
Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, and system configuration; fluency in English
Experience with automation tools and programming languages outside Workday (MS Power Apps, SQL, HTML)
Ability to constructively challenge and refine requests while maintaining professional relationships
Presentation and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to move fast and adapt to changes
