About the position

You will lead the PMO for integration initiatives, establishing new processes and governance to manage complex logistics operations. Your role involves tracking performance against milestones and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution. You will analyze and design the nationwide SPX network to optimize routing and truck flows, using data to identify bottlenecks and improve end-to-end cost and speed. Additionally, you will assess the impact of new initiatives and campaigns on the network, adjusting designs to ensure scalability and consistency across all nodes. You will prepare data-driven analyses and business cases to support critical investment and integration decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the PMO for integration initiatives by setting up new processes and governance to manage logistics operations.
  • Track integration performance against milestones and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders end-to-end.
  • Analyze and design the nationwide SPX network to optimize routing and truck flows for better cost and speed.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Assess the impact of new initiatives and campaigns on the network to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Prepare data-driven analyses and business cases to support network investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, consulting, or operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data to support decisions.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong PMO and project management skills to set up processes and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a detail-oriented and structured approach.

Nice to have

  • Advanced experience with SQL for complex data analysis.
  • Experience in consulting or a highly dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams.
