About the position
AIG Insurance Thailand is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Inbound) based in Bangkok on a full-time basis. The position requires experience in customer service, call center, insurance, banking, or other customer-facing roles, with strong communication skills in Thai and English, multitasking ability, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service systems.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through professional handling of inbound enquiries
Assess customer needs and provide timely, accurate resolutions
Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions in internal CRM systems
Provide customers with information and guidance on insurance products and services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively manage and resolve escalated cases
Requirements
Experience in customer service, call center, insurance, banking, or other customer-facing roles is preferred
Strong communication skills in Thai and English
Ability to multitask across systems while supporting customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant customer service systems
Resilient and able to remain professional in challenging situations
