Responsibilities include preparing and operating automated filling lines, completing TPM routine checks, reporting daily production KPIs, supporting preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting, managing contract operators, and ensuring compliance with HSSE, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, and Lean activities. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, experience in production or manufacturing, familiarity with Lean, SPC, OEE, and TPM, awareness of ISO standards, willingness to work shifts, and good written and spoken English and Thai.

Process Engineer

The role reports to the Plant Manager, with a dotted line to a regional ManEx Lead, and impacts performance including waste, net productivity, OEE, savings, cost per tonne, and reliability. The manager develops factory masterplans, leads UMS and continuous-improvement programs, governs waste and costs, consolidates savings, drives OEE and productivity, and supports digital factory reporting and analytics. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or equivalent, a master’s degree preferred, at least seven years in supply chain operations, and an FMCG manufacturing excellence background.
