The role leads 30-40 retailers and their teams across 20-25 sites in Pathum Thani, Nontaburi, and Ayutthaya, driving sales, operational, and HSSE performance. Responsibilities include delivering territory sales scorecards, monitoring site performance, coaching retailers, managing competitor activity, and implementing marketing and network initiatives. The position requires a graduate, preferably with an MBA, strong commercial acumen, and prior sales experience. Candidates must demonstrate independent working ability, compliance with Shell's HSSE and E&C standards, and skills in selling, channel management, customer value proposition, and retail site operations. Stage 1 accreditation under the TM Development Roadmap is required within the first year.
