NOC Manager - Agoda

The NOC Manager will oversee a world-class team of engineers to ensure optimal customer experiences and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, leading strategic projects, removing roadblocks, and analyzing data to drive performance. The role requires driving AI-driven workload strategies and coaching engineers. The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and quality

Lead and strategically plan critical operational projects with end-to-end accountability

Bring structure and clarity to complex technical environments and remove roadblocks

Extract and analyze data to identify opportunities and present findings to stakeholders

Drive AI-driven workload strategies to automate routine operations and modernize NOC

Coach and develop engineers through effective 1-1s and growth plans

5-10 years of hands-on experience in tech operation management, of which 2+ years experience in a travel industry

Very good understanding of production IT Environments, Operations and Incidents

Strong skills in presenting and analyzing data and creating actionable reports (ability to write in SQL)

Adaptable, results-oriented, and a great team-player with minimal supervision

Proactive, high-ownership mindset with a demonstrated history of stepping up to make tough calls

Entrepreneurial and not afraid to be hands-on on the work

Highly structured approach to project execution in a fast-paced 24/7 environment

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
