Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy - Agoda

This role is part of the Performance Marketing Team, a data-driven unit focused on developing at-scale marketing programs to improve customer lifetime value. The Associate Manager will manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities include experimenting with search engine advertising, testing display campaigns on social media platforms, and analyzing data to build optimization models and dashboards. The position requires a strong analytical background and experience in strategy or business operations within the tech industry.

Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on search engines

Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on social media platforms

Analyze data generated by experiments to develop optimization models

Build dashboards for account managers

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject

Ability to communicate fluently in English

4+ years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations

Exposure to data analysis packages or databases such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL

Good numerical reasoning skills

Proficiency in Excel

Intellectual curiosity

Experience in digital marketing
