You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the Audit & Assurance service line, from job requisition to offer management. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to translate workforce needs into effective hiring plans. Additionally, you will proactively source candidates through various channels, build talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems. As a leader within the team, you will advise hiring managers on market trends and best practices. You will contribute to process improvements and TA projects to enhance operational efficiency. You will also ensure that all recruitment practices align with internal policies, employment laws, and data privacy regulations, while actively participating in audits to maintain compliance.
