Soft Services Supervisor

The Soft Services Supervisor at Cushman & Wakefield is based on-site at a client location in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role supervises soft services operations including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support, while managing contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance. Responsibilities also include conducting inspections and audits, supporting client reporting and stakeholder communication, and promoting HSE compliance across vendor activities, including within white-space and critical environments.

The position requires hands-on supervision of service delivery, coordination with multiple vendors, and the ability to identify improvements and implement corrective actions. Candidates should have experience in facility management soft services, contractor management, and quality auditing, with familiarity in critical environment protocols and HSE standards being advantageous.

Supervise soft services operations including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and facility support services
