About the position
The BMS/NOC Engineer monitors facility alarms and events through BMS, EPMS, AMS, and other monitoring platforms, responding with timely escalation and incident management. The role manages service requests, incidents, and work orders in accordance with ITIL and service management processes.
The engineer coordinates operational issues, maintenance activities, outages, and major incidents among site teams, vendors, and clients. They maintain shift logs, incident reports, maintenance schedules, system performance data, and audit documentation while monitoring SLA compliance and adherence to established procedures and service standards.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to facility alarms and events through BMS, EPMS, AMS, and other monitoring platforms.
Manage service requests, incidents, and work orders, including logging, tracking, and closure.
Coordinate operational issues, maintenance activities, outages, and major incidents among site teams, vendors, and clients.
Maintain shift logs, incident reports, maintenance schedules, system performance data, and audit documentation.
Monitor SLA compliance and coordinate escalations in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
Requirements
Knowledge of BMS, EPMS, AMS, and other facility monitoring platforms.
Understanding of ITIL and service management processes.
Ability to coordinate operational issues and major incidents among site teams, vendors, and clients.
Ability to maintain operational records, reports, and audit documentation.
