The Project Scheduler maintains and monitors the master project schedule for a complex construction environment. The role reviews contractor schedules, prepares internal and external weekly and monthly progress reports, develops project-control procedures, and coordinates schedule changes with project management and superintendent teams.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably including data center projects. The posting requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and earned value management, experience consolidating schedule-performance data into a master schedule platform, and the ability to produce project status reports for large-scale projects.
Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule, preparing and monitoring tasks against project requirements.
Integrate various contract packages into the master schedule and review contractor-submitted schedules.
Prepare regular weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
Develop project-control procedures to monitor progress and mitigation plans.
Verify project data, assess contractor extension-of-time claims, and prepare defense claim reports.
5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects.
Previous data center experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and earned value management.
Experience coordinating multiple schedule-performance data sources into a master schedule platform.
Ability to deliver project status reports for large-scale projects.
Previous data center experience.
