The role is a contract position in Bangkok focused on Service Point and Parcel Shop operations for SPX Express. The successful candidate will resolve daily operational issues, support parcel acceptance, sorting, bagging, returns, and handover to middle-mile or linehaul logistics, while coordinating shop escalations with internal teams.
The position also involves onboarding and training retail shops, agency partners, or franchise outlets, recommending workflow and digital-tool improvements, and tracking feedback to refine operational guidelines. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or above, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work with complex data and multiple priorities.
Experience in data analysis, operations, or workforce planning; familiarity with Google Sheets, data visualization, or other analytical tools.
