Product Designer Lead (UX/UI) role at CP Axtra (makro-pro) based on Nawamin Road, Bangkok. The designer will create user experiences for operational systems used inside warehouse and fulfillment environments, working as part of an agile product team.
Responsibilities include advocating for user-centered design, conducting user research, mapping user journeys, developing concepts, interaction designs, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and tracking UX/UI metrics. Candidates need 6+ years of UX/UI design experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design, proficiency in Figma or similar tools, and experience with design systems and consumer applications across web and mobile.
Advocates for user-centered design solutions
Conducts user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys
Develops new product concepts, storyboards, interaction designs, screen flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Creates compelling visual designs aligned to company and product brand standards
Conducts concept and usability testing and tracks UX/UI metrics, collaborating within an agile team
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in product-focused environments
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process from research to final UI
Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar tools
Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with experience in Agile product development
Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or enterprise-scale platforms
