The role involves leading and mentoring a design team, collaborating with UX/UI, marketing, and business stakeholders, and applying strategic vision to deliver consistent, high-quality creative output.
Strategic Visual Storytelling: Translate complex brand strategies and business objectives into compelling visual narratives across all digital platforms.
Create Meaningful Visuals Across Touchpoints: Design illustrations, icons, and marketing artworks for the application, website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google paid ads, and owned channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with upper management, UX/UI designers, marketing, and business teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
Develop and Enforce Brand Guidelines: Create, implement, and uphold comprehensive Brand Style Guides to ensure visual consistency across all design deliverables.
Lead and Mentor Design Team: Oversee and guide a team of designers, fostering a collaborative environment and providing constructive feedback.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or related fields.
Senior-level experience in visual design, brand design, or related disciplines, with a proven track record and strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects, motion design, or 3D skills are an advantage.
Strategic vision and leadership with the ability to guide creative direction and mentor junior team members.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with strong leadership, teamwork, and a self-starter mindset.
