Deloitte is seeking a Manager in its Human Capital HR Transformation practice to support Japanese companies undergoing HR and organizational transformation across Southeast Asia. The role involves leading project delivery and business development, leading mixed local and Japanese Client Services teams, and supporting client development.
Typical work includes HR organization and operating-model transformation, data-driven HR, cloud talent systems, HR system design and implementation, fit-and-gap analysis, business process design, requirements definition, configuration and testing, user manuals, training, and operational support. Candidates need substantial HR consulting and project-management experience, knowledge of core HR platforms, business-level English, and native-level proficiency in Japanese or English with business-level Japanese.
• Support project delivery and sales activities for Japanese clients in Southeast Asia
• Lead projects and mixed local/Japanese Client Services teams
• Support business and client development using individual strengths
• Identify operational issues and conduct fit-and-gap analyses
• Design business processes, define requirements, configure and test systems, prepare manuals, provide training, and deliver operational support
• Deep expertise in HR system design and planning and organizational or HR domains
• Consulting experience integrating HR systems across a group
• Consulting experience in talent management and change management
• Project-management experience on organizational or HR projects
• Consulting experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or SAP HCM
• Experience on global and Southeast Asia-related projects, with business-level English
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English, or native-level English and business-level Japanese
• Track record leading projects and contributing to proposals
Workday implementation experience, Workday certification, or previous experience in HR, corporate planning, or business operations.
