About the position
The HS Claim Analyst at AIA Thailand is responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of individual health insurance claims. Duties include assessing and settling claims arising from policies in force, making recommendations and guidelines for claims handling, liaising with solicitors and third parties during investigations and negotiations, processing claims documents in a timely manner, and responding to inquiries related to claims processing. The role also involves exploring workflow improvements and supporting a healthy work environment. Candidates must complete a criminal background check prior to joining in accordance with AIA Thailand's recruitment policy and PDPA requirements.
Responsibilities
Assess and settle individual health insurance claims arising from policies in force
Make recommendations and guidelines to individual health insurance claims
Liaise with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation
Process all individual health insurance claims documents timely
Answer inquiries relating to claims processing
Hiring Process
