Legal Execution 1 supports civil and bankruptcy enforcement activities, including asset seizure, garnishment, release of seizures, and monitoring case outcomes. The role coordinates with enforcement officers, courts, and relevant agencies; prepares legal, title, and asset documents; and checks title, encumbrances, taxes, and overdue debts before proceedings.
The position also oversees auction notices, property auctions and purchases, title transfers, receipt and payment accounts, and enforcement-related payments. Qualifications include a relevant bachelor's degree with a legal practice license where applicable, at least two years of case-handling experience involving enforcement work, and strong communication, coordination, analytical, and management skills in high-pressure environments.
Manage and advise the team, track progress, resolve issues, and report results to the supervisor.
Conduct civil and bankruptcy enforcement, including seizing, garnishing, releasing seized assets, and monitoring outcomes.
Coordinate with enforcement officers, courts, and relevant agencies, and resolve operational issues.
Prepare legal, title, and asset documents and verify title, encumbrances, taxes, and overdue debts.
Handle auctions, property purchases, title transfers, and related receipt and payment accounts.
Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, with a legal practice license where required.
At least 2 years of case-handling and enforcement-process tracking experience.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, listening, advisory, and legal opinion skills.
Good analytical, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage work effectively under high pressure.
Knowledge and experience in enforcement work.
Understanding of legal case-handling procedures.
