Xendit is hiring a Financial Operations Associate based in Bangkok to join the Financial Operations team responsible for the seamless flow of funds across the Xendit platform. The role involves executing daily shift operations, processing customer transactions, liaising with banking partners, owning reconciliations across products and regions, and supporting automation of reconciliation processes. The associate will also coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, legal, compliance) and external partners to resolve issues, and help onboard new products and regions in Southeast Asia.
The position is suited for a fresh graduate in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar field, or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a startup, fintech, or financial services environment. Candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable with large datasets, fluent in written and spoken English, and based in Thailand. Experience with SQL or visualization tools such as Looker is a plus.
Support Xendit's daily shift operations, including processing customer transactions, liaising with banking partners, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Conduct and own periodic reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial transactions across Xendit products in the region
Support automating reconciliations across products and regions to prevent gaps and protect against money loss
Solve complex problems by working across partner, product, sales, legal, and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions
Set up and own reconciliation processes for new products and new markets as Xendit expands in Southeast Asia
Fresh graduate of Management, Accounting, Finance, or a similar course, or 1-3 years of relevant experience in a startup, fintech, or financial services environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Comfortable dealing with large datasets and data analysis
Detail-oriented, able to see patterns in data and notice when something is amiss; based in Thailand
Experience working with banks or large financial institutions; initiative to ask questions and find answers; ability to prioritize under tight deadlines; team player with strong communication; ownership mentality; quick learner; creative and customer-focused problem solver; experience with SQL or visualization tools such as Looker
