This contractor role within Shopee's Bangkok operations focuses on resource and manpower planning across fleets, hubs, and seller sites. Key duties include analyzing recruitment and capacity data, validating subcontractor agent suitability, monitoring fleet and hub capacity for trends and risks, strategically allocating agents to large sellers and key partners, managing asset utilization, and producing monthly asset and cost efficiency analyses. The position is open to new graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience in data analysis, operations, or workforce planning. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Analyze recruitment progress of fleet and agents to identify capacity gaps and support hub manpower planning.
Analyze operational data and develop data-driven strategies to optimize fleet and hub capacity.
Validate and consolidate subcontractor agent suitability data to support manpower planning.
Monitor, analyze, and report daily fleet and hub capacity, identifying trends and operational risks.
Analyze asset utilization and prepare monthly asset management insights to support operational planning.
Bachelor's degree or above in any field; Business, Economics, or related disciplines are a plus.
New graduates or 1+ year of experience in data analysis, operations, or workforce planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant degree in Business, Economics, or related disciplines; experience with Google Sheets, data visualization, or other analytical tools
