About the position
JLL is hiring a Technician based on-site in Bangkok, Thailand. The role is responsible for site facilities operations, establishing engineering and operational procedures, and ensuring delivery of services in compliance with governmental regulations. Duties include implementing energy management programs to reduce utility costs, managing contract vendors for technical audits and maintenance, developing technical service standards, planning critical environment procedures, and providing technical solutions and advisory services during site inspections and project development.
