About the position
JLL is hiring a Technician for the SKYY9 Centre building in Bangkok. The role is on-site and involves operating building systems, performing inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of equipment installed within the building, and maintaining cleanliness and safety of the workspace.
Responsibilities include recording inspection and maintenance activities as assigned by the building engineer or chief technician, responding to repair requests from tenants, and supervising contractors working in the building as delegated by supervisors to ensure building safety.

บันทึกการตรวจเช็ค และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากวิศวกรอาคารและหรือหัวหน้าช่าง
รักษาความสะอาดของห้องปฏิบัติการ และดูแลรักษาให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับการทำงาน
ตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับแจ้งจากผู้เช่า
ตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมาที่เข้ามาปฏิบัติงานในอาคารตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
