Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and drive continuous service improvements for business retention
Develop strategy, processes, and delivery measurements for service across client-facing functional areas
Originate and manage banking loan products, trade financing, and auxiliary products such as letters of credit for mid-to-high range revenue institutions
Provide advice on banking loan products to clients ranging from small and mid-sized businesses to large corporations
Manage corporate, business, middle market, and transaction banking activities
Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Law or Science
At least 3 years of commercial banking experience
Good understanding of business principles and commercial awareness
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Financial Accounting
Good selling and client relationship skills
