About the position
This contract role sits within SPX Express Operations in Bangkok and focuses on managing strategic sellers on the Shopee platform. The position involves building long-term relationships with sellers, serving as their primary point of contact, and proactively resolving logistics issues to ensure timely parcel handover and delivery.
Key duties include onboarding strategic and high-volume sellers, pitching SPX to non-SPX sellers, preparing monthly operational analyses and reports, and conducting monthly performance reviews. The role targets a portfolio of 70-80 sellers per KAM, including social sellers and corporate brands, with a focus on sellers exceeding 400 ADO.
Responsibilities
Build trust and foster long-term relationships between strategic sellers and the SPX platform
Anticipate seller needs and proactively solve potential logistics issues sellers might face
Prepare and present monthly operational analyses and reports to sellers
Onboard strategic sellers and pitch non-SPX sellers to adopt SPX as their logistics provider
Conduct monthly catch-ups with strategic sellers to review performance and gather feedback
Requirements
Good in seller and stakeholder management skills
Ability to proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
