The Cost Estimator (Civil Engineer) is a special contract role based in Bang Sue, Bangkok, employed by Eco Plant Services Co., Ltd. within SCG Cement-Building Materials. The role focuses on cost estimation for power plant, solar, and construction projects, including quantity take-offs from construction drawings, sourcing material and labor costs, and coordinating with Project Managers and procurement teams to deliver competitive project estimates.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 3-5 years of cost estimation experience in power plant, solar, or construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-offs, MS Office, reading construction drawings, and good English communication skills are required. The role involves occasional travel to provincial sites.
