This role sits within Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia, based in Bangkok, and focuses on leading multidisciplinary delivery squads across customer experience, Martech, loyalty, and AI-enabled customer platforms. The position acts as a hands-on technical leader (Squad Lead / Technical Lead at Senior Consultant level) who shapes implementation approaches, translates business requirements into scalable technology solutions, and serves as the primary technical contact for client delivery teams.
The role requires 6–9 years of software engineering or platform delivery experience, including 2+ years as a Technical Lead or Squad Lead, plus consulting or client-facing delivery background. Candidates must have deep expertise in at least one domain such as application development, mobile (Kotlin/Swift/Flutter), backend (Node.js/GoLang), API and microservices architecture, or DevOps & CI/CD, with strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
Lead technical delivery across client engagements, ensuring solutions meet functional, performance, and security requirements
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solution designs
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client delivery teams and guide resolution of complex technical issues
Design and oversee development of scalable solutions, defining integration patterns using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
Drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical estimation
6–9 years of experience in software engineering or platform delivery
2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Squad Lead
Proven experience delivering solutions in client-facing or consulting environments
Deep expertise in at least one domain: Application Development, Mobile Development (Kotlin/Swift/Flutter), Backend Development (Node.js/GoLang), API and Microservices Architecture, or DevOps & Delivery
Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills
